GRADY CASS

Grady's Center for Advanced Surgical Services (CASS) is a new ambulatory surgery and clinic building in Atlanta, Georgia and is approximately 560,000 square feet. The building is a high-rise construction of ten stories, including a mechanical penthouse. Ground Level will include a lobby/entrance area, retail, limited parking, loading dock, and a drop-off area.

Levels 1 through 4 will be dedicated parking levels with elevator and stair access to all levels and a pedestrian bridge spanning over Jesse Hill, Jr., Drive connecting CASS Level 3 to the adjacent existing hospital building. Levels 5 through 8 will house the outpatient and ambulatory services, and will be served by a mechanical penthouse on Level 9.
