The project consist of a new five-story building with two wings forming a “T” shape. The two wings are linked by an atrium lobby with connector walkways at each level.  An expansion joint is present at one end of the lobby. 

Due to the topography of the site, the lower two levels of each wing are partially below grade and require full-height basement walls on the southern edge.  The new building occupies approximately 132,000 GSF and accommodates offices, classrooms, laboratories, mechanical rooms, and conference rooms.
